Duplex & Super Duplex Plate & Sheet
Duplex 2205 (UNS S31803) and super duplex 2507 (UNS S32750) are dual-phase stainless steels with roughly twice the strength of austenitic grades and superior chloride resistance. Duplex plate and sheet (PREN ≈ 35) suits chemical processing, desalination and coastal structures, while super duplex sheet and plate (PREN above 40) is specified for seawater, offshore and subsea service. Supplied to ASTM A240 from 3mm to 100mm thick.
Titanium — Sheet, Pipe, Tube & Bar
Titanium offers the best strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding resistance to seawater and nitric acid. Titanium sheet, pipe, tube and bar are supplied in Grade 2 (commercially pure, maximum corrosion resistance) and Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V, aerospace strength) to ASTM B265/B337/B338/B348. Used in desalination, chemical processing, marine hardware, medical implants and aerospace components.
Monel — Sheet, Pipe, Tube & Bar
Monel 400 (UNS N04400) is a nickel-copper alloy with excellent resistance to seawater, hydrofluoric acid and reducing environments. Monel sheet, pipe, tube and bar are supplied to ASTM B127/B165/B164 for marine engineering, oil refining, valve trim and chemical processing where chloride and acid attack defeat stainless steel.
Inconel — Sheet, Pipe, Tube & Bar
Inconel nickel-chromium superalloys (600, 625, 718) resist oxidation and retain strength at high temperature up to ~1000°C. Inconel sheet, pipe, tube and bar to ASTM B443/B444/B446/B166 are used in aerospace, offshore, chemical reactors, bellows, exhaust systems and high-temperature furnace components.
Hastelloy — Sheet, Pipe, Tube & Bar
Hastelloy nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloys (C-276, C-22) deliver the ultimate resistance to hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid and wet chlorine. Hastelloy sheet, pipe, tube and bar to ASTM B575/B574/B622/B619 are specified for the most aggressive chemical, pharmaceutical, flue-gas desulphurisation (FGD) and waste-treatment service.
